2023 Junior members competitions will be published shortly

All junior members are welcome to play in all junior competitions and they are a great opportunity to meet other members.
If you don’t have a handicap these competitions will be a great opportunity to take the first steps to get one. A handicap will be given to you on the day if you don’t have one, just bring along any previous scorecards or tell us how you usually score.
Prizes will be presented on the day for a £1 entry fee
Parents are welcome to walk and encourage juniors and meet Dene and Jack who are working to develop the junior section.
Pre-booking is essential and can be done by contacting the pro-shop.
Gedling Challenge
The club will be entering the 2023 Gedling challenge again this year, details will be confirmed during the spring/summer of 2023.
A junior will be selected to represent the club. If you would like to be considered, please contact the Junior Organiser.
Club Competitions
Juniors are welcome to play in the main weekly competitions on the Seely course (from White or Red tees) who are 12 years old or over with a handicap of 24 or lower, subject to paying the entry fee (usually £5). This is a great opportunity to play competitive golf, those under 16 years of age will need to arrange to play with a family member/friend or a club chaperone, agreed with parents.

Peter McEvoy Trophy
A 2 Day Open completion held at Copt Heath Golf Club near Solihull on 13th and 14th April 2023.
This is a prestigious 72 hole scratch stroke-play competition, played over two consecutive days by boys and girls aged under 18.
