Invitation Day
Held on Sunday, 1st September 2019
Pairs Betterball Stableford (Member + Guest)
The event was a highly successful day with 64 pairs competing on a mostly sunny day with just one rogue 10 minute shower at midday. Many thanks to the greenkeeping staff for preparing the course to such a high standard, and to the bar/catering staff for their excellent service and the meal.
A lot of work went into the organisation of the event, so a big thank you to both Mark Northern and John White for all their effort. Also greatly appreciated was the welcome and assistance given by Vicky Northern on the Registration Desk making sure that all players were booked in, Competition fee paid and had their scorecards and meal vouchers.
The main prizes and competition subsidies were met from Club funds and the Nearest The Pin prizes were sponsored by BGL.
