Reference: Captains Annual Charity Day 2019
To whom it may concern,
As part of my duty as Captain of Ramsdale Park Golf Club, I have the pleasure this year of raising money for a Charity of my choice, and this year I have nominated:
It is my aim to raise over £10,000 for this local worthy Charity, and to do this I need help from my fellow Clubs and Local Businesses in the area, particularly in the form of donations from businesses for Auction and Raffle Prizes.
I will be hosting the Annual Charity Day on Saturday the 27th July 2019, and I am inviting you to enter a team for the day which includes an evening meal and prize presentation however if you don’t wish to play golf, you can simply attend on the day where there will be donuts galore and lots more fun!

If you are a golf club then I would also appreciate it if you would consider sponsoring a reciprocal 4 ball voucher for your Club that can be used to raise funds on the evening auction.
If you are a business then please give what you can, we will be holding a raffle prize draw and our evening auction so any and all donations will be gladly received.
