Best two Stableford scores to count on each hole

Competition Handicap allowance 90%

Maximum Handicap limit of 24 (Men) and 36 (Ladies & Juniors)

Charity Day – *** Hole-In-One *** Prizes

Once again a £5,000 prize for a Hole-In-One on the 6th hole will be up for grabs (kindly sponsored by the Seniors Section)

In addition, for this year, there will also be major prizes available on the other three Par 3 holes (8th, 11th & 17th)

  • A three night stay for two at 5* Praia D’El Ray Marriott Golf & Beach Resort in Portugal. Includes flight from the UK, half board accommodation, car hire & two rounds of golf.
  • Two night stay for four at Marriott Forest of Arden. Includes half board accommodation & two rounds of golf for four, based on two sharing each room.
  • A set of F7 Graphite irons Combo Set (5 Hybrid & 6-GW) & OS Daytona Putter

£5 entry fee of for 6th hole only. An additional £3 (therefore £8 total) for the other Par 3 holes.

N.B. Payment to be made when playing the 6th hole on the day.

Each year at Ramsdale Park Golf Club, the Annual Charity Day is the biggest fund raiser for the Captains Charity for the year, and this year is no exception.

The Charity Day this year will be held on Saturday, 27 July 2019, and myself and the Committee will be working hard to ensure that this day will be a success.

I would encourage all members to please assist me where possible with prize donations and sponsors for the day, no matter how small – these will all be used in some way to raise funds for this worthwhile Charity. If you would be interested in donating a prize or sponsoring on the day, please do let me know so that details/arrangements can be made.
